Recently several people have emailed us asking similar questions. Hopefully this will answer some of the queries

  1.  We send Teddy Bears – other toys are not accepted. WE DO NOT SEND soft toys without arms such as dogs, snakes and seals, items with big eyes, internal battery mechanisms, or nursery characters such Cinderella, Beauty and the Beast or Micky Mouse WE ONLY WANT TEDDY BEARS  

  2. We love knitted jumpers and hats that the Teddy Bear can wear- Remember Teddy Bears have fatter arms than babies so please adjust the arm hole. WE DO NOT WANT knitted Teddy Bears. When you are sending via Drop Point please check you are sending to the Teddy Trust

  3. We want clean Teddy Bears, ideally sized between 8- 18 inches. (20-45cm)  Very small Teddy Bears are sent as extras
