A lovely supporter from Mid Lothian worked with their local county council and 14 schools to collect teddy bears for us and we had to find a large van to bring them down to our base. One of our most recent volunteers, Stewart Mayers very kindly drove all the way up to Scotland in a van donated by Wicked Van Hire in Ludlow and brought them back. We then had to off load them into our basement and have spent the last few days sorting and packing them. June and Selwyn have spent many hours sorting through the donation, while Keith has taken all the ones we couldn’t send away. Stewart and his wife Janet have also been very busy helping us sort and pack.
