We have just received these photos. At the end of term staff from the YES (Yezidi Emergency Support) were able to give each of the displaced children attending three primary schools their own Teddy Bear to hug.

  • Al-Waleed primary school for girls (170 pupils)

  • Al-Waleed first and second primary school for boys (230 pupils)

  • Al-Shalam (Peace) primary school for boys and girls (180 pupils)

In addition to children attending the school run by the YES project in Sinjar.

Some of the children are proudly posing with their Teddy Bear for a photo and some of the Teddy Bears are wearing knitted jumpers,
