A message
We enjoyed handing out some of the teddies throughout Port Elizabeth
We decided to give each Rotarian in our club a teddy bear to start with and urged them to go and find someone who was in need of joy.
The stories which we received back were incredible – from a friend suffering the loss of a partner, a child who lost her mother, a man who had tried to commit suicide etc
Our next batch of teddies will go out to therapy rooms in Port Elizabeth.
All the Rotary Clubs will be allocated bears on condition that they share the stories of who the lucky recipients are.
Thank you so much for entrusting us with this precious cargo . This is the first of many colleges and report backs. Please let me know who else I must copy in with the reports.
